COVID-19 (coronavirus) Customer and Partner Statement

To our Valued Customers and Business Partners,
We are pleased to report no COVID-19 cases at our Paola manufacturing facility, and no issues with our supply line for incoming raw materials as well.
We continue to be as proactive as possible with regards to keeping our employees safe. We have implemented temperature checks for all employees entering the building. Our employees are following CDC guidelines for social distancing, regular hand washing, use of masks and regular cleaning & disinfecting of all frequently touched surfaces.
We have signed a lease on additional office space near our facility. When it is safe to move office employees back from their at-home offices, they will now be in an office separate from manufacturing. This will also help us add more manufacturing and storage capacity to our plant.
As part of the ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKFORCE, Reliance will continue to take additional preventative measures we deem necessary to remain fully operational and ensure no delays to our Customers.
Our thoughts are with our many friends, co-workers, customers and suppliers, Especially those whose loved ones are fighting the illness.

Epson announces the End of Life and End of Sale for the ColorWorks C831 printer effective 6/15/2020.

Epson has announced that the ColorWorks C831 printers (product code C11CC68122) will be available for sale through June 15, 2020. The exact date of delivery will depend on factory capacity and the number of printers ordered. Returns will not be accepted for printers bought under this last time buy program.
This announcement has no effect on the availability of ink, spare parts and service. Reliance Label Solutions will continue to fully support the large installed base with ink, spare parts and repair services for a minimum of 5 years after this notice.
The Epson ColorWorks C6500A and C6500P printers are the recommended replacements for the C831. These printers are able to print up to 8.34" wide, have faster speeds, have higher print quality and are made to handle more total labels than the earlier C831, without the need for pin-fed media.
June 15, 2020 will be the last day to place orders for C831 printer.

Epson Introduces Four New ColorWorks On-Demand Color Label Printers

Epson America today announced four new additions to its ColorWorks ® on-demand color label printer lineup – the ColorWorks C6000A, C6000P, C6500A, and C6500P. The first printers specifically designed as a color upgrade to black-only thermal transfer printers, the new ColorWorks models deliver on-demand, 4- or 8-inch color labels at up to 5-inches per second. The printers enable industrial and commercial organizations to produce high volume color labels for production use.
Reliance Label Solutions is an authorized reseller of Epson ColorWorks printers. Attached is a brochure with more information about the new C6000 line of printers.
