Call Vision Technical Support at (800) 656-9476 Option 7 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Central Time.

Orders placed in Vision will always show as pending.  You will receive an email ship notification when your order is shipped.  If you want to check on your Vision order status call (800) 656-9476 Ext. 2 or email us at [email protected] and give us your Vision order number.

Send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get tracking info back to you asap.

If you have an account on our store, you can log in, go to Order History, find your order and click on the "Details" button.  Right below the Order Details you will see the Order Number, Date Shipped and Tracking Numbers. Click on Tracking Numbers and it will show the tracking number(s) for your order.

Shipping costs at time of purchase are estimates calculated based on the weight of the products to be shipped, the location of the delivery destination and the freight service selected at checkout.
